2. Equipment Specifications & Quotations
MP Engineering provides chemical machinery, reactor vessels, heat exchangers, and storage tanks based on technical drawings and written purchase agreements. Quotations provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
3. Intellectual Property
All design schematics, CAD models, text, graphics, and technical specifications hosted on mpengineering.co.in are the exclusive property of MP Engineering and protected under intellectual property laws.
4. Limitation of Liability
MP Engineering is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from improper equipment operation or modification outside specified design parameters.
