Equipment Replacement & Cancellation Policy
1. Manufacturing Guarantee
All chemical reactors, heat exchangers, and pressure vessels engineered by MP Engineering are custom fabricated to client specification and undergo rigorous factory acceptance testing (FAT) prior to shipment.
2. Defect Replacement Protocol
If any component exhibits manufacturing defects upon delivery inspection, clients must notify MP Engineering within 7 days of arrival via email at info@mpengineering.co.in accompanied by technical photographs and inspection reports.
3. Custom Order Cancellation
Due to custom raw material procurement (SS304/SS316L) and specialized machining, order cancellations are evaluated on a case-by-case basis depending on fabrication stage.
