Limpet Coil Reactor

Limpet coil reactor vessels are engineered to control reaction temperatures via heating or cooling media (thermic fluid oil, steam, or chilled water) circulated through half-pipe coils welded around the main vessel outer shell.

Ideally suited for high-temperature chemical reactions (above 150°C / 302°F) using thermic fluids such as Therminol™ or Dowtherm™. Available in capacities from 500 Liters to 60,000+ Liters in SS304, SS316L, or Carbon Steel.

Adheres strictly to ASME Section VIII codes with 100% Argon arc welding, radiography of pressure seams, and 1.5x hydrostatic pressure testing.
